Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
Secretary Role 1. Manage director's calendar, arranging meetings, and business trips. 2. Book hotel/flight/train tickets for director and other colleagues. Admin Role 3. Prepare visa application/invitation letters for overseas biz trips. 4. Check monthly expense reimbursement reports for whole team, in accordance with DCL HR/Finance policy. 5. Support content management of website, internal communications and file management, budget management, and others. 6. Help team members on communication related works, such as townhall meeting, posters, TV, arrange other events, media interview, etc. 7. Coordinate with HR/Finance/Admin/ICT on behalf of team members, purchasing IT equipments, applying for telecom number, etc. 8. Advise on possible admin/secretarial improvements, asked and unasked. 9. Other administrative tasks. Knowledge and educational level -Bachelor degree or college education: -English language skills both oral and written; -Good computer skills in particular MS office; -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; -Able to work in independent and well-organized manner; 毕业之后可以直接留用,简历请发送至dsmrecruiter@
