帝斯曼在中国

 

帝斯曼早在1963年开始对华贸易,并于上世纪90年代初在中国建立了首个销售代表处和首个生产场地。帝斯曼中国地区总部和研发中心位于上海。目前,公司在中国拥有包括26个生产场地在内的40个分支机构,员工约3,500名。帝斯曼在华业务健康稳步增长,2012年中国销售额为17亿美元。

1. Support each regional sales leader to check customer information is appropriately defined by sold-to and material combination. It is sold-to/OEM/material combination in Japan. During monthly sales review, we found some figures wrong due to wrong data in system. We did first round cleaning up but still need for further update. But regional sales leaders are too busy to do paper work.
2. Update customer account in BW to replace current "project partner" information after BW data are completed. Manual update on excel sheet. Then we can mass upload in CRM.
3. Remap budget and forecast data after customer account information are updated. Manual check line by line.
4. Translate cost in different currency to one currency for pricing tool cost updating. It is a manual check job. At the present, pricing tool isn't used frequently due to data accuracy. I have heard a lot of concerns from AM/BDM even regional sales managers and Byran himself. It is also a big finding in COA and we didn't big progress on it. New value based pricing project is delayed and suppose to go live at the third quarter. My understanding the difference between old and new tools is online and on-time cost update and pricing tool connects to SAP. Current old pricing tool disconnected with SAP and cost should be manually updated.
5. It may bring manual data check for Summit projects such as CSL baseline calculation.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

Secretary Role
1. Manage director's calendar, arranging meetings, and business trips.
2. Book hotel/flight/train tickets for director and other colleagues.
Admin Role
3. Prepare visa application/invitation letters for overseas biz trips.
4. Check monthly expense reimbursement reports for whole team, in accordance with DCL HR/Finance policy.
5. Support content management of website, internal communications and file management, budget management, and others. 
6. Help team members on communication related works, such as townhall meeting, posters, TV, arrange other events, media interview, etc.
7. Coordinate with HR/Finance/Admin/ICT on behalf of team members, purchasing IT equipments, applying for telecom number, etc.
8. Advise on possible admin/secretarial improvements, asked and unasked.
9. Other administrative tasks.
Knowledge and educational level
-Bachelor degree or college education:
-English language skills both oral and written;
-Good computer skills in particular MS office;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-Able to work in independent and well-organized manner;
