Position Title: Production Technician (
Job Responsibilities
1. Operate key blending or filling facilities to fulfill planned production schedule. Participate in base oil receiving, tank truck loading, and additive heating as arranged. Conduct scheduled checks and ensure record integrity.
2. Coordinate between blending, filling, and lab to ensure efficient operation and product integrity.
3. Arrange and supervise operator's work according to their work scope and production needs. Provide training to operators whenever necessary.
4. Report incident to production supervisor or manager timely. Conduct emergency response action and investigation under supervisor's guidance.
5. Work with shift team to ensure Safety, Controls, and Product Integrity policy compliance. Conduct LPO, inventory reconciliation, product quality check as scheduled.
6. Conduct work area housekeeping and equipment spot check to ensure good working condition. Report equipment issues to production supervisor/manager timely. Raise equipment maintenance/repair working order to M&R department, communicate and assist M&R to conduct maintenance/repaired work.
7. Act as deputy production supervisor in absence of production supervisor as authorized.
Requirements of Candidates
1. Junior college or higher degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or equivalent. Graduate or 1~3 years related experience.
2. Basic English reading/writing.
3. Familiar with MS Office and computer operation.
4. Licensed forklift driver with minimum 1 year forklift operating experience is preferred.
5. Good communication skill and team spirit.
6. Honest, disciplined, diligent, seeking for continuous improvement.
Position Title: Production Technician (Taicang)
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead shift team to maintain high vigilance and awareness always when working and conducting regular work areas checks to spot potential breach of security and timely intervention/reporting of such observations.
2. Enhance operators’ LPO awareness, ensure the compliance of SHE and security policy. Ensure production contractors adhere to established standard operating procedures, work instructions to achieve safe working environment and flawless execution of operations.
3. Execute lube blending / filling duties according to schedule and comply with procedure for product quality. Arrange the operators of blending/filling to achieve daily blending / filling plan in time.
4. Supervise blending / filling operators’ operation. Report in a timely manner any emergency on incident to production supervisor and/or production manager, taking effective measures according to company guideline and supervisor’s advice to mitigate the incident.
5. Optimize utilization of manpower and facilities to achieve production targets.
6. Work with production planner to achieve optimal production throughput with authorized manning.
7. Ensure the operating equipment is in serviceable condition by working with M&R team to maintain equipment for operation use at rated speed. Communicate with M&R team for major breakdown repairs.
8. Help to investigate any technical and process quality issues, assists in investigation on customer complaints on quality.
