    Position: Associate Consultant, IT Sector or Manufacturing Sector
    Location: Shanghai, Xuhui District
    Report to: Team Leader
   
    Talent Lead is a professional executive search firm with German background. As a market leader in niche recruitment, we specialize in 3 main sectors: IT/Internet, industrial/Manufacturing & Pharmaceutical sectors.
    Due to continued growth, Talent Lead is looking for more consultants to join our team
    You will be encouraged to use your ideas and knowledge to develop your own niche marketplace using the Talent Lead Recruitment model and will be given every encouragement to play a key role in our development plans.

    Role/Opportunity:
    •    Application of networking and headhunting techniques to build your network and your team
    •    Contact with prospective candidates, explaining current opportunities, securing appointments and obtaining referrals and conduct careful matching, offer negotiation to complete the full searching cycle.
    •    Effective and innovative promotion of Talent Lead’s consultancy services
    •    Building and maintaining knowledge of the IT/internet/Manufacturing marketplace
    •    Facilitate constant sharing within the team
    •    If willing, BD new clients and obtain more openings from existing clients in IT/internet Sector.
    Skills/Experience:
    •    Articulate with an excellent telephone manner and personable disposition, presentable
    •    Confident dealing with people at different levels over the phone and in a face-to-face situation
    •    Self-motivated, strive for excellence and success, go extra miles, passionate, team spirit
    •    Proficient in the use of both written English and spoken English
    •    Bachelor degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, Psycology prefered
