岗位职责：
1. Design, develop or maintain automation tools. 50%
2. Create, maintain and execute QA Test Plans and test cases, set up test environment and write test scripts for complex features of Helix Server/Producer 30%
3. Work directly with partners and customers of RealNetworks to ensure quality and integration of RealPlayer in partner products 10%
4. Training team to improve automation test level. 10%
任职资格的具体描述：
Minimum:
- Demonstrated strong scripting knowledge with Python, Shell, Javascript and Perl.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge about Windows, Unix and Linux Test Tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodology and execution.
- Excellent and effective communication skill in English.
- Flexibility to take task assignments and backup other team member's role in urgent case.
- Excellent initiative and team work spirit.
Preferred:
- Fundamental knowledge of multimedia.
- Fundamental knowledge of Streaming like RTSP, RTMP, Http Live Streaming, etc.
- Fundamental knowledge of Unix/Linux OS.
- Fundamental knowledge of the project lifecycle from inception thru post-release.
