Job Description: 1)Help to take phones, taking care of customer's inquiry and pass the information to relevant responsible sales, coordinate project process, and office daily sales administrative support 2)Handle statistical work for sales team, provide data timely for sales team to support sales strategy and action plan; 3)Quotation typing and sending; 4)Help sales to do sales promotion work; Job Requirement: 1)Bachelor degree with preferred more than 1-2 years related working experience 2)Customers oriented, open minded, good team-work sprit and willing to work under press 3)Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, 4)Expertise in using office productivity tools, such as Word, Excel (Pivot Table), PowerPoint etc |
