| 岗位信息： | Job description – Wenzhou Sales Support Role: Sales Support for Wenzhou Sales Reports to: Wenzhou Sales Manager Job overview - Support Wenzhou Sales team – all with a view to provide our clients with second-to-none service and to maximize profitable business within the Container Business activities - Assist frontline sales driving volume and yield with various solutions Key responsibilities - Assist Wenzhou Sales team members on rate-related issues as/when required - Communicate to clients and sales on service or rate changes/noteworthy news - Prepare ad-hoc performance figures for specific clients/trades/sales activities when requested - Assist customer code batch transfer issue together with sales support in Shanghai - Prepare contracts and agreements for INSSAL Ningbo team - Handle dispute cases - Attend Inside sales team’s process improvement and always create initiatives to achieve effective result - Drive online shadow contract usage for small size customers - Help frontline sales handling their regular accounts as back-up solutions Measurement / success criteria of the position: - Your ability to perform within your area of responsibility as outlined above. - Your ability to work within team as well as independently delivering the best possible financial result for the Maersk CB in your area. - Your ability to achieve the targets as outlined in the KPI deliveries.
