Responsibility:
1. Handle new employee onboard of the whole business unit: including material collection, reference check and upload to HR system.
2.Independently be responsible for contractor recruitment, including: communication with hiring manager regarding job description, designing and executing recruitment strategies, communicating and sourcing candidates, following up with hiring managers during the whole staffing process, as well as any other relevant issues during the process.
3.Support team member & leader daily work,including weekly report/hot position /IR statistic collection and checking, support to arrange the foreign candidates FTF/Con-call interview, support to handle China invitation for foreign candidates coming to China, and other temporary tasks arranged.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above,
2. Master command of English is a must as the role requires utilizing English in lots of occasions
3. Great passion and interests for HR work and dedicate the whole career to HR filed
4. Able to work under pressure well since this role often requires long working hours, and good stress management skills are essential
5. Basic knowledge about HR operation is preferred but not necessary
6. Detail-orientated and conscientious personalities are a must
Additional Information:
Scope:
1. The role will communicate with all HR function teams including C&B, Training, and Employee Services so on.
2. This role will also need to communicate with all hiring managers if needed, up to Senior Executives.
3. This is an entry-level role and suitable for fresh graduate or applicants with a couple of years work experience. The future career development for this role is to be promoted to a regular recruiter or to transfer to other HR function teams.
