So we're nowlooking for graduates to join our International Retail Management GraduateScheme and play an integral part in this. By learning how to lead and inspireour store teams to provide the great retail experience we're known for at home,you'll be at the frontline of our business' growth overseas.
Our 12 monthsscheme is for graduates who want to forge a careerin retail. The scheme will start in Autumn2013 and will provide you the opportunity to undertake training and attachments at our UK Headquarters, as well as otheroverseas placements. These will offer you exposure that will teach you theimpact of differing cultures and greatly inform your view of how a globalretail business is run.
The scheme combines a comprehensive combination ofon-the-job and structured training, project-based assignments, and placementsin specific business areas. You'll be given real responsibility from day one,and will gain first class experience of leading a retail team. By the end ofthe scheme, you'll be more than ready to take on one of our Store Management roles in China.

EntryCriteria:
1) Business/commercial university degree
2) Fluent in English and local language
3) Eligibility to work in China
4) Interested in and with an understanding of Retail
5) Driven and determined to learn and deliver forcustomer in a challenging environment
6) Confident in own analytical skills
7) Able to influence others and have excellentinterpersonal skills
8) Mobile according to business needs
