Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is mainly partner with Consultants in the execution of executive searches across different industry functions in all Practice Groups, responsible for the generation of documents – including but limited to: pitch packs, candidate profiles, search strategies and progress reports –throughout the search process. Meanwhile, also be responsible for identifying potential candidates, building work lists, tracking search progress and updating relevant information in database
Key Responsibilities
· Assignment Related Research & Ongoing Support:
² Contribute actively to the start-up phase of searches by participating in client kick-off meetings with Consultants and assisting in the development of search strategies and target company lists;
² Systematically identify and “map” potential candidates and sources within the defined company list through database and market research
² Partner with Consultants throughout the search processes to calibrate strategy and candidates, and track progress in the Firm’s database
² Ensure up-to-date assignment, company and candidate information during the course of a search assignment and ensure availability of current data for colleagues, by updating the Firm’s proprietary database
² Monitor and track key executives moves related to main clients segment
· Business Development Support:
² Alert Research/Consultant colleagues to key moves and market changes, highlighting potential business development opportunities
² Research and summarize company, people and market profiles, including compiling brief company reports to prepare Consultants for Client discussions
² Execution of high-quality, marketing presentations
· Knowledge Management:
² Contribute to the Firm’s knowledge management activities by looking for opportunities to share expertise and best practices, developing a network of people within an industry or functional area and recording pertinent information in a timely manner
² Support practice group initiatives to build knowledge in specific areas
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree plus. Organization, written and verbal communication is critical.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill, always to be ready for adapting to continuously change business environment
· Initiative, willing to take challenge and solve problem
· Down to earth attitude for work, result driven, willing to learn
