迅力光能（昆山）有限公司于2008年7月成立，并在中国昆山市高新技术产业开

发区设建设工厂，厂房5千平米，员工110名。公司由美国Xunlight Corporation

独立投资。美国Xunlight Corporation致力于“寿命长、重量轻、易安装”的柔性非

晶硅薄膜太阳能电池及组件的设计制造与销售，拥有自主知识产权，技术领先世界水平。

   迅力光能（昆山）有限公司以母公司的薄膜电池片为基础，致力于电池及组件的

   设计制造及销售。为进一步提升竞争力及为国家打造柔性薄膜太阳能产业基地，已

   开始进行薄膜电池片的核心技术“全自动卷对卷柔性薄膜生产线“的引进，将于2012

   年完成。

二.岗位招聘如下：

   1.电气工程师招聘要求：

 一、岗位要求：

1.电力电子、自动化、测控与控制、电气或相关专业本科及以上学历

BS degree (MS is a plus), major in electrical related

2.热爱电气自动化、电气工程工作，熟悉设计开发流程

Min 5-years working experience in electrical control system design, be familiar with design and development process

3.有过大型设备或系统的电控系统设计经验

Design experience with equipment electrical control system

4.熟练掌握各种主流PLC系统设计及编程（三菱，Beckhoff，Yaskawa，PILZ，AB，以上PLC品牌，至少熟悉两种以上，并有过相应开发经验）

Familiar with PLC programing(Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, Yaskawa, PILZ, AB)

5.熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型、运动控制

Familiar with AC power panel design. Understand power distribution rule, components selection, like circuit break, cable gauge, transformer, UPS, Power supply.

Familiar with Electrical system integration, automation control, analog and digital circuit design, and interface interconnection.

Hands-on experience like AC power up test procedure, troubleshooting skill.

6.熟悉各种各样的传感器、马达、驱动器、继电器等元件

Be familiar with different kind of electrical components. (sensor, motion controller, motion driver, valve, relay and so on)

7.熟悉Eplan电气制图

Be familiar with Electrical design tool(Eplan)

8.英语读写熟练、沟通流利

Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills

二、职责描述：

1.负责公司产品的电气系统设计，安装及调试

responsible for electrical control system design, installation, test and release

2.公司设备的电气设计：包括电气图纸绘制、电气部件选型等

Electrical system design: incl. schematic and components selection

3.系统电气互连设计：包括控制电路设计、组件选用、布局分析

System electrical interconnection design: AC power distribution, analog/digital IO control, motion control, temperature control and safety logic function design

4.编写详尽的设计方案、计划及产品测试

Write detailed protocols and reports including design verification and validation documents

5.组织电气系统组装和调试，处理电气故障，提出产品改进措施

Organize the electrical system assembly, test, trouble shooting, provide the solution for product improvement

6.确定最终产品或系统，并准备生产文件、使用手册等相关文件资料

Final release the system, incl. release documentation to production, design changes, and configuration management
