Our Shanghai office is looking for a Front Desk Secretary Intern position. 
Position: Front Desk Secretary Intern (Receptionist Intern)
Job description:
1. Answering all incoming telephone calls; 
2. Greet clients and visitors;
3. Providing support on office administrative and secretary matters as appropriate;
4. Other work as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Third year university student graduating in 2014, English or Management major preferred.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
4. Prior work experience preferred.
5. Pleasant, polite, professional and service-oriented.
6. Hard-working, self-motivated, strong ownership and team player.
