Main Accountabilities
1. Prepare test plan according to internal or customer specification;
2. Organize internal and external resource to implement test according to test plan including detail test procedures, test cost and target date;
3. Collaboration in projects independently;
4. Responsibility for all testing issues until start of serial production;
5. Analyze test result and create test report to lead and support design and product engineer
6. Prepare specification and technical documents for the responsible test rigs;
7. Participate in the calibration and internal and external audit of quality system;
8. Communicate with global R&D structure to get support
9. Technical support to internal and external customer for testing topic;
10. Work as a member of the lab quality team to join in the daily management work of lab
Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas
1. Test duration comparing to target date;
2. Quality of test plan and the performance in participating in the projects;
3. Quality of test report including the analysis of the test results;
4. Management of the responsible test rigs including the timely calibration and validation of the test rigs and the maintenance as well;
5. Performance in the lab quality team.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
Bachelor, Master degree is preferred; Mechanical, automotive or electrical background required.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge in mechanical, material or electrical components, and lab software such as Labview. Experienced engineer is preferred.
Foreign language:
Fluent written and speaking English. Prefer German.
Computer ability:
Working knowledge of Office software.
Personal Quality:
Team working spirit, responsible, be honest and understand multinational, can work under pressure

2. Independend cooperation in projects
3. Provide innovative product, component design solutions
4. Creation of technical documents for product
(3D-models&drawings, technical specification, FMEA, verification plans, etc
5. Support a Design Engineering for IAM product development
6. R&D internal coordinator to organize resourse to achieve target
7. Participate in internal and external audit of quality system
8. Participate in internal and external audit of quality system
9. Participate or lead R&D development project
10. Optimize product regarding cost, process, product structure
11. Work align with material localization strategy
12. Technical support to internal and external customer or supplier for product topic
Job Requirements:
Familiar with engineering process. Knowledge of mechanism, filtration material is preferred
Fluent in written and oral English. German as a plus is preferred
Catia V5 is a must. Proficient in Office tools
Team spirit, responsible, self motive, can work under pressure
Experienced engineer will be preferred. Automotive industry is preferred
Bachelor, Master degree in automotive engineering or material engineering
