Apple Shop Part-time ASC
Summary
Apple Shop''s are located in the personal computer department of a multi-brand computer electronics stores. Parttime
ASC will work in a dedicated Apple Shop in retail chain electronics store environment. They are the representatives
of Apple; assisting ASC''s to provide excellent customer service and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the ASC by merchandising and performing daily shop operations, ensuring all Apple fixtures are up to date
and maintained according to Apple''s standards
• Assist the ASC with activities that help drive sales performance
• Evangelize Apple''s value and competitive advantage by delivering product demonstrations to customers
• Assist in exploring customer inquiries, provide proper solutions to customers, focusing on iOS software and hardware
products
• Provide the best customer experience and professional support for customers'' requests
Education / Experiences
• You can easily identify with Apple''s culture
• You are a senior level student at a university
• Majoring in computer, telecommunications, business management or a relevant field - Knowledgable on computer
hardware and software
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good communication skills and team work spirit
• Passionate, optimistic and works with integrity
• Sales experienced in a retail environment is preferable
• Proficient English skills are preferable
