发区设建设工厂，厂房5千平米，员工110名。 公司由美国Xunlight Corporation

独立投资。美国Xunlight Corporation致力于“寿命长、重量轻、易安装”的柔性非

晶硅薄膜太阳能电池及组件的设计制造与销售，拥有自主知识产权，技术领先世界

水平。

   迅力光能（昆山）有限公司以母公司的薄膜电池片为基础，致力于电池及组件的

   设计制造及销售。为进一步提升竞争力及为国家打造柔性薄膜太阳能产业基地，已

   开始进行薄膜电池片的核心技术“全自动卷对卷柔性薄膜生产线“的引进，将于2012

   年完成。

二.岗位招聘如下：

 1.机械工程师招聘要求：

  岗位要求：

一、负责公司产品的机械设计，安装及调试

responsible for equipment design, installation, test and release

1.公司设备的机械设计：包括产品整机机械结构、机械零部件的设计；

Equipment mechanical design: Incl. concept and feasibility， architectural design, design analysis and evaluation; design machining, sheet metal and welding components

2.产品机械结构的仿真模拟；

Verify and validate design integrity on assembly level; design best practices to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability within reasonable cost

3.与电气工程师配合完成产品设计和定义；

working with cross-functional groups to define project goals and/or equipment engineering specifications

4.组织机械系统组装和调试，处理故障，提出产品改进措施；

Organize the equipment assembly, test, trouble shooting, provide the solution for product improvement

5.确定最终产品或系统，并准备生产文件、使用手册等相关文件资料；

Final release the equipment, incl. release documentation to production, design changes, and configuration management

6. 英语读写熟练、沟通流利

Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills

 

二、职位要求

1.机械制造及自动化、机械工程相关专业，本科及以上学历；

BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/Combination of Mechanical and Electrical or related fields.

2.从事机械设计工作，熟悉设计开发流程

At least 5 years design experience, be familiar with design and development process

3.有过大型设备或系统的机械系统、尤其是真空系统设计经验

Design experience with mechanical system, Knowledge in vacuum system is a must

三、技能要求

1.熟悉机械设计原理、机械加工工艺

Excellent knowledge with machining process and sheet metal tooling. weldment structure design/ manufacture experience is a plus.

2.精通solidworks等软件

Be familiar with design tool(Solidworks)

3.熟悉各类仪表（温度、压力、流量、阀门等）选型

Be familiar with different kind of components selection(temperature, pressure， flow rate， valve and so on)

4.工作认真负责，严谨细致,有良好的创新精神，谦虚踏实，具有自我激励的热情和动力

Serious and responsible work, careful meticulous, Self motivated with passion and energy

5.英语读写熟练、沟通流利

Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills

6.具有良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力和承担工作压力的能力
