1.POSITION: Therapy Advancement Specialist

2.DIVISION:Cataract

3.FUNCTION: Marketing

4.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Medical degree, masters level trained Ophthalmologist         

5.RESPONSIBILITIES:     

Four Main Responsibilities:

（Job Weighting%）Main Responsibilities

（40%）Provide OR coaching in demostration and application of phaco machine / all rpoducts to target surgeons understand and grasp AMO phaco machine application;

（40%）Evaluate and select potential trainee surgeon and hosptials for the Phaco Surgeon Training Program to ensure the COE program implemented across China;

（10%）Teach surgeons how to achieve optimal surgical and patient results with selected AMO products; Assist Line Manager with other assigned tasks to ensure Dept. goal achievement;

（10%）Coach and support related phaco field sales to achieve the proper professional competency and achievement clinical application excellence;

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

１）Provide OR coaching in demostration and application of phaco machine / all rpoducts to target surgeons understand and grasp AMO phaco machine application;

?Work with sales team to work out monthly/quarterly phaco demo plan, and provide the proper demostration/applicaiton of AMO phaco machine to support Phaco Sales Funnel;

?Work with Phaco Product Manager, Sales Team to work out quarterly KEY CENTER case follow up plan to ensure the installed machine a proficient grasp of AMO phaco machine;

２）Evaluate and select potential trainee surgeon and hosptials for the Phaco Surgeon Training Program to ensure the COE program implemented across China:

?Evaluate and select potential trainee surgeon and hospitals for the phaco surgeon training program to develop independent phaco surgeons;

?Work with Phaco Product Manager to ensure the COE program implemented from technological support aspect;

３）Teach surgeons how to achieve optimal surgical and patient results with selected AMO products; Assist Line Manager with other assigned tasks to ensure Dept. goal achievement;

?Recommend appropriate AMO products to surgeons in OT to optimize the surgical and patients results, especially for the premium IOLs;

４）Assist Line Manager with orther assigned tasks to ensure Dept. goal achievement;Coach and support related phaco field sales to achieve the proper professional competency;.

?Provide in-house or in-hospital training to improve the clinical application of phaco machine; 

6.REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

?Interested in developping in Device Industry long termly;

Position experiences:

?Master degree in clinical medical, majored in Ophthalmology preferred;

?Extensive knowledge of technology for all types of ophthalmology procedures;

?Training/teaching experience as a plus;

Language Skills：

?Good oral and written English ability with CET-6 certificate.

Computer Skills:

?Proficient in using routine computer software, such as MS Office and etc.

?Good data processing ability (Excel or Access) is preferred.

Mobility:

?Willing to travel frequently (include weekend, 12-15 days per month);

4.工作职能：

1）提供眼力健公司专业化的产品（白内障超声乳化手术设备及耗材）应用技术支持，确保

目标客户理解并掌握。

2）为白内障超声乳化手术培训项目评估并挑选目标客户，确保COE项目的顺利开展。

3）协助手术医师正确地使用AMO公司产品并获得理想手术效果。

4）协助直线经理完成已设定的部门目标，辅导并支持相关区域销售同事提升专业技术能

力。

5.要求：

1）有兴趣在医疗器械企业长久发展

2）医学硕士（眼科学），白内障专业为优

3）良好的英语书写及表达能力，已通过CET-6考试

4）熟练使用MICROSOFT OFFICE软件

5）能接受一定频率的出差工作
