招聘岗位：

一、运营助理：

专业知识：电子商务、市场营销、信息管理、法学或法律等专业；

岗位职责：

协助运营部门查找商户规则相关资料，完成文档整理和编辑。协助运营主管将用户规则落实成文档。部门的会议组织，沟通协调。

淘宝、京东等电商的买家，做过淘宝卖家的优先，在电子商务公司商户服务部门有过实习经验的优先；

技能要求：了解office基本操作；

 

       二、招商实习生

岗位职责：

1、协助项目经理完成招商、销售、渠道拓展等相关工作；

2、完成上级领导分配的任务。

任职资格：
1、 市场营销类、电子商务、经济类、管理类、中文、房地产相关专业者优先考虑；
2、气质形象佳，积极热情、沟通能力强、有一定的亲和力；
3、 学习能力强，能够吃苦耐劳，身体健康；对房地产行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意从事招商工作，乐于从事有挑战性的工作；
4、目前已无固定课程，可进行全职实习（论文答辩、考试可适当调整工作时间）。
5、在校期间有过比较长期的促销、志愿者、学校社团活动等活动经历者优先。

 

1.     交互实习生：

岗位职责: Responsibilities
1、Understanding target audiences' as well as our business needs, tasks, and goals, and translating them into creative solutions and functional specifications 
     理解目标用户以及我们的商业需求、任务、目标，在此基础上创造具有创新力的解决方案以及详细交互设计说明文档。

2、  Participating in user research, concept testing, and usability testing 
  参与用户调研、概念测试和可用性测试

3、  Under the guidance of Sr. IXD, conducting competitive analysis and market research 
   在级交互设计师的指导下，进行竟品分析和市场调研

4、  Under the guidance of Sr. IXD, help to create and document information architecture and detailed interaction design for our e-commerce site as well as mobile applications
   在高级交互设计师的指导下，帮助我们为电商网站和手机应用程序创建信息架构并撰写详细的交互设计文档。

任职要求: Job requirements

1、  Foundational understanding in user experience creation methods and theories 
   拥有用户体验设计理论和方法论的基础理解

2、  · Be interested in ecommerce market and shopping online 
   对电子商务及网上购物感兴趣

3、  · Enjoy changing life or work efficiency with appropriate design.               
   喜欢用适合的设计去改变生活或提高工作效率。

4、  · Can think logically and clearly communicate the idea. 
   有较强的沟通和逻辑分析能力。

5、  · Study in a related field, such as Library Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, and Technical Communications 
   就读于相关领域比如图书馆学、工业设计、平面设计、人机交互、技术通信

6、  · Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Axure, Visio, OmniGraffle, InDesign, as well as the MS Office Suite
   精通多种设计工具包括Axure 、Visio、OmniGraffle、InDesign以及微软办公软件。

7、  · An ability to speak/write English is a plus 
   具备英语读写能力者优先考虑

8、  · Knowledge on HTML and CSS and iOS/Android design guideline
