Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern

Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
- Collect & consolidate related marketing data/reports/survey
- Assist in sample management
- Receive and follow up new customer enquiry
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Meeting room booking & set up
- Collect information and tracking open issues with team
- Collect & integrate material for team's newsletter
- Coordinate team building activities
- Maintain team's WEIBO
- Support usual admin issues.
- Coordinate T&E claims
Qualifications:
1． Bachelor's Degree
2． Good written & spoken English
3． Willing to learn, proactive and good communication skill
4． Can work for at least 3 days/week and last for 3+ months preferred
5. Computer skill: skilled in MS office/outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
