To support Sales Director in Being in all aspects of account acquisition to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
1、 Provide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposals for small book rated groups
2、 Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met
3、 Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team by ensuring that all new business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner
4、 Identifies improvements to prevent issues from re-occurring.
Education/Professional Qualifications Required
1、 University or college education required
2、 English language competency
3、PC literate - Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience Required
1、Fluent in Mandarin and English
2、Experience in a team environment.
3、Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities (working under pressure)
4、Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred (not essential)
