The Beijing office of Baker & McKenzie is currently recruiting for below positions:

Summer Intern: 6 headcounts
Internship period: 8 weeks between July and December 2013
Working place: Baker & McKenzie Beijing Office
Working hours: Full-time

A. Practice: Employment Law

   No. of headcount: 3

   The ideal candidates should fit the following profile:

   1.2014 LLB or LLM candidates (full time PRC students only);
   2.Academic merit (Top 30% students will be given priority) as shown in their LLB or LLM degree;
   3.Have excellent drafting skills and fluent in English and Mandarin;
   4.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
   5.Demonstrated interests or experience in China employment law and local regulations; and
   6.Interests in pursuing career development in an international law firm.

B. Practice: Intellectual Property

   No. of headcount: 3

   The ideal candidates should fit the following profile:
 
   1.2014 LLB or LLM candidates (full time PRC students only);
   2.Academic merit (Top 30% students will be given priority) as shown in their LLB or LLM degree;
   3.Have excellent drafting skills and fluent in English and Mandarin;
   4.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
   5.Demonstrated interests or experience in intellectual property laws and regulations; and
   6.Interests in pursuing career development in an international law firm.
