QUALIFICATIONS& RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing /Management /Human Resource /English /Psychology preferred;
2. 1 years of relevant experience in telesales, training solution selling or consulting preferred; or a similar position in training companies;
3. Enjoying learning and thinking; having business acumen of the dynamic market, and making timely improvement of selling skills;
4. Excellent communication skills and good at analytical thinking abilities are required; being able to precisely grasp the needs of clients and quick response to them at very first time;
5. Having interest and passion in training consulting; being willing to work under pressure and engage in challenging work.
•② Job Title职位: Assistant to Corporate In-house Training BU
Base:Nanshan, Shenzhen
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and sum up surveys, preparation materials and procurement goods for classes, and contact with trainers and clients;
2. Coordinate with the trainer, help with clients in the class and communicate with HR actively, responsibilities include, but are not limited to count attendance, record the key point and performance of learners in details;
3. Sort out information and articles after class, finishing the report, collate and analyze feedback of learners, cost accounting and etc.;
4. Responsible for reimbursement;
5. Organize monthly HR salon;
6. Complete other admin support tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS& RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1. An excellent tertiary qualification, most likely in administration or English;
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, optimistic, multi task dealer;
3. Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative;
4. Excellent problem solving ability and customer service skills;
5. Proficient in office software;
6. Be willing to learn more skills;
7. Pleasant personality, excellent image quality.
