1) Store performance, including Mystery Shopping, online platform, training and feed-forward services
2) Consumer insight, including Quantitative and Qualitative Market Research (Focus Group Discussions, Face to Face Interviews, Online Surveys, Street Interviews) and Market Trends

Our Shanghai Consumer Insights Department is looking for a dedicated and street-smart quantitative research analyst.
Duties:
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative primary and secondary research to identify and analyze key issues and trends faced by our clients
- Developing and executing quantitative research methodologies including constituent surveying, benchmarking, and statistical modeling
- Developing and delivering high quality, accessible, actionable reports that provide solutions to member challenges
- Identifying and designing appropriate quantitative measures and instruments
- Determining and critiquing best demonstrated practices
- Working with members to scope research needs and questions
- Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of collaborative research studies
Qualifications:
- A minimum Bachelor in a Statistics, Mathematics, Computer sciences equivalent Physical Science or close related discipline is required
- Experience analyzing large data sets
- Proficient with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel (mastering pivot tables, graphs, and functions) and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL, surveys methodology or other statistical or data-mining tools
- Proven track record of driving results cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent command of oral and written English
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and creative
