Manager: VP, Regional Director, West China   Major Responsibilities:

• Finance analysis of property acquisition and development, evaluation of investment yields, NPV, IRR and profitability of potential industrial real estate investment using Prologis established development model, Argus, and the in-house discounted cash flow model
• Collect and analyze our target market information and set up market information database, appropriate for transactions and future business opportunities
• Prepare investment memos summarizing potential acquisitions and dispositions for Investment committee

﹥Pull together materials to produce initial and final investment committee books ﹥Summarize deal particulars and create exhibits to be presented to the investment committee for approval

• Interact/Coordinate with Consultants and other Prologis Employees in a timely, responsive manner, to ensure smooth deal flow
• Assist in relevant contract preparation and setting up administer files
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University student majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or Finance.
• Upstanding ability in number crunching
• Excellent English skills both for written and spoken
• High level of computer literacy (Excel, Word, PPT preferred )
• Good communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Sense of Urgency
• Detail-oriented
• Team player
