Description
INTERN'S ROLE
Intern is fully responsible for Communications role in Shanghai location, will support communications managers and vice president and responsible for online campaigns, web publishing, social media, and newsletters.
A TASK DESCRIPTION
Working closely with APAC Corporate Communications team and the teams in other countries
Ensuring Corporate Communications programs, events and other initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Provide web services such as publishing, editing, layout and design. Responsible for assisting with Intranet content management, providing articles, ensuring content ongoing publishing support
Create, manage and maintain the communications calendar.
Build and foster collaborative relationships with other groups within the location
Help build community engagement with our social media platform (name Engage)
Manage communications calendar and activities
INTERN KEY LEARNINGS

Experience with implementing multimedia communication tools, processes and strategies in a large, knowledge-based organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Good command of English language. Knowledge of multimedia skills will be an advantage
Strong at execution proactive, responsible, consistent and detail-oriented
Passionate and a fast learner enjoy challenges, good at analysis and independent thinking
Completely comfortable in an international working environment
Technical knowledge in Photoshop Editing and using multimedia supports, such as video camera, video shooting and lighting will be an advantage
