Job Responsibilities:
Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust engineering product flawlessly
- Lean calibration built to assure the seamless functional development execution
- Build and maintain the Cal Guide and Cal Procedure
- Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base
- Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the training material maintained
- Attend the RSM review from core software updated, draft AIR, verify the change after SW release, and maintain the document
- Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support
- Technical Reports submitted and New Technology implemented
- Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer's expectations
- Support to complete the change. Implement CN
- Finish the problem solving and focus on continue improvement
Requirements/Position Preference ( minimum)
Education:
- Master's Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required, Ph.D preferred.
Experience/Special Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies
• Excellent language skills in oral and written English
