Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Teller.
In this role, you will:
To do basic verification for customer's applications and documents mainly related to the FCY outward remittance, RMB remittance and a/c service what be handed in at corporate counter.
To register E-SLA for processing team.
To handle corporate customer's cash deposits and cash withdrawals
To handle cashing & issuing RMB cash cheques.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree
Accountability and reliability with good communication skills
Good sense of customer service as well as responsibility
Proficiency in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese
Good computer (MS. Office) skills
