We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role. In this role, you will: 1. Be responsible for return and reporting processing (including but not limited to BoP) 2. Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate BoP reporting. 3. Be responsible for department general administrative issues assigned by line manger 4. Support other payment positions when needed To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1. With strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work with high accuracy and efficiency, 2. With excellent customer services sense and good communication skills 3. Be good at team work 4. With the ability to work under pressure 5. With fluent spoken and written English 6. Bachelor degrees and above
