We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Payment Services Assistant.
In this role, you will:
To make vouchers and pass entry as per instruction from SHH Card Centre;
To print and encode local clearing slips for Credit Card Team.
To encode local clearing slips for RMB daily transactions;
To provide encoding support to other sections, such as FCY Team, FCD, TSC and Credit OPS etc.;
To affix business seal and clearing chop to mail slips and envelops as well as put them into envelops after encoding.
To encode Transfer Cheque before selling;
To perform CIS payment
To share cheque/tax payment
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Be able to work under pressure and work efficiently
Excellent PC skills especially MS Office/Excel/WordYou'll achieve more at HSBC.
