Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Law (上海圣信律师事务所) (ww***.cn[点击查看]) is a licensed Chinese Law firm under German management specialized in commercial law and advice:

 

1. The investments of foreign companies in China ("China Inbound")
2. The business activities in China of companies found by foreign investors in China ("China - For China")
3. Investments and IPOs of Chinese companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands ("China Outbound")

 

As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated

 

 

Legal Assistant

 (Location: Shanghai Pudong District)

 

Responsibilities:

 

ü  Conduct general legal analysis

ü  Review and drafting of legal documents, agreements, especially transaction documents and general commercial contracts

ü  Conduct legal due diligence on clients

 

Requirements:

 

ü  Master/Bachelor degree in Law, PRC bars qualification.

ü  Familiar with western business practice preferred

ü  Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English;

ü  Can do attitude, willing and quick to learn

ü  Good team player, cooperative, responsible, and strong accountability;

ü  Good communication/interpersonal skills

ü  Good personality, cheerful, hard-working, open-minded

ü  Willing to have work overtime If requested

ü  Can work under pressure
