[广东]广东省中山市第一中学国际部中美班TOEFL和SAT教师2013招聘

广东中山市第一中学国际部中美班是由美国青年国际教育发展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center，以下简称“中心”）与中山市第一中学联合管理的自费生国际班，中心负责招聘并主要管理外籍和TOEFL或SAT教师。现因工作需要面向全国招聘TOEFL（SAT）教师1名。

【任职资格】

1.全国211师范院校英语专业毕业，且英语专业八级。

2.具备3-5年的高中或以上英语教学工作经验，有优秀的英语听说读写能力，有海外留学和工作经验者优先。

3.阳光开朗，表现力强；积极与师生沟通，善于调动课堂气氛；有在培训机构TOEFL和SAT教学经验者优先。

4.了解TOEFL、SAT等出国考试，曾参加TOEFL或SAT考试、并获得高分者优先。

5.教学责任心强，工作热情高，对每一位学生负责，能承受工作压力。

【岗位职责】

1.以小班教学模式教授TOEFL和SAT课程，负责作业的批改和学生的辅导等教育教学工作。

2.能独立进行TOEFL、SAT课程设置，并根据教学情况及时调整教学计划。

3.定期完成成绩统计和分析，依据学生水平和考试要求有针对性地开展教学活动。

4.协助学生报名并组织参加TOEFL、SAT考试。

5.协助中心加强学生日常管理，保证中美班工作有效运行。

6.完成领导布置的其他学生培训及教育教学工作。

【教师管理和待遇】

1.该教师由美国青年国际教育发展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center）聘用、管理、定期发放薪酬。

2.聘期11个月。2013年9月1日起，2014年7月30日止；其中第一个月为试用期，试用期满并合格后可续聘。工作优秀者，聘期满后可再考虑下个循环的续聘，免试用期。

3.工资按月发放，具体事宜面谈。

4.中山市第一中学提供免费住宿，一日三餐可在校内食堂享受学校正式员工待遇。
