招聘岗位：监控人员（2名）

工作地点：北京东三环东大桥朝外SOHO

岗位职责

-  熟练使用监控软件

-  及时发现风机故障信息，根据不同的故障级别采取相应的措施，使风机及时恢复发电

-  与客户保持良好的关系，遵守公司、售后服务部和现场（包括客户办公地点）的规章制度

-  认真钻研业务，熟练掌握业务知识和流程，工作认真勤奋，不放过任何事故隐患。克服困难，努力保质保量完成工作。

- 遵守国家相关法律规定，有五险一金

职位要求

-  男性，北京、河北籍优先

- 本科或同等学历，具备电气/自动化/通讯/计算机相关专业背景

-  能适应倒班工作制，可在夜班期间独立工作，加班有加班费。

-  较好的英文读写能力（一般也可以）

-  良好的团队协作精神、诚信、注重细节

Job Responsibilities

-  Be proficient in using monitoring software.

-  Able to timely find out the fault information from the WTG and be capable of taking proper measurements to deal with   emergencies of different levels in order to restore the operation to the normal status

-  Maintain good relationship with the customer and follow the company’s rules and regulations of Service Department as well as on-site working regulations made by the customers.

-  Able to devote to work and have a strong spirit of working out the problems, familiar with service knowledge and the work flow. Diligent, detail-focused and able to overcome the obstacles and finish the work with high quality.

Job Qualifications

-  Bachelor degree or equivalent, majoring in Electrical/Automation/Communication/Computer Science etc..

-  Can work independently on night shift when requested by work schedule.

-  Good English skills on reading and writing.

-  Team spirit, honest, detail-oriented.
