请将简历以word文档附件的形式发送到career.hr@,并在邮件主题注明应聘国际保单运营支持助理_姓名 1.Administration of International Insurance Programmes as Service Organisational Entity (SOE) within a dedicated caseload of international insurance programs. 2.Timely network communication within Allianz network 3.Using LOE instructions from GPS accurately and efficiently, populate IT systems with new, renewed business. 4.Accurate and timely population of various spreadsheet databases 5.Book, Invoice, chase and reconcile premiums, exploiting system entries. Liaise with brokers/clients, to expedite premium payment 6.Issue policy documentation to broker (or client), in a timely and accurate manner. 7.Develop effective working relationships with all internal and external customers,. 8.Proactively manage own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met. 9.Supporting domestic business in SFDC. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of mainframe administration. 3. Communication skills – excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Task Planning – excellent time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities. 5. Personal Effectiveness – highly motivated, proactive, self-starter. 6. Motivating Others – effective team player, training and coaching of junior staff 7. Ability to assure comprehensive communication, both written and oral in English. 8. Excellent fresh graduate can be also considered. |
