Intern Position:National Human Resources

Responsibilities:
· Assist in data collection, consolidation and analysis;
· Assist in legal research;
· Assist in preparing presentation, documentation and other administration work;
· Interview Arrangement: Work with functional hiring managers directly or their secretaries to plan interview schedules as required; Record the interview status and follow up on progress when necessary;
· System Operation: Open and post requisitions via recruitment system and manage the JD templates; Capture candidates' information into system after they start interview process; Run recruitment reports in system for the leadership reference as required;
· Background Checking: Provide background checking services for staff level hires, including education certification and previous employment records;
· Pre-Onboarding Arrangement: Healthy check arrangement for onboarding candidates; Feedback healthy check results to recruiters
Requirement:
· Good English communication skills, especially English writing;
· Interest in HR job family
· 3rd or 4th year university student; Legal background preferred;
· Detail oriented, hard-working, quick in learning

Graduate Position - Associate – Analytic & Forensic Technology - Computer Forensics & Electronic Discovery

General Introduction:
Deloitte computer forensics professionals help companies find relevant information by collecting, preserving and harvesting data from computer systems, including hard drives, servers and back-up media, and maintain/preserve authenticity and chain of custody. We also conduct advanced digital forensics, including malware analysis, RAM memory analysis, mobile device analysis, digital fingerprinting of documents and computer systems, advanced decryption services, advanced file and system recovery.
Deloitte electronic discovery professionals leverage advanced technologies to help clients process and facilitate analysis, review and production of electronically stored information relating to litigation, internal investigation and regulatory matters. These integrated services are hosted out of our Electronic Discovery Solutions Centers located in Hong Kong and Shanghai and are integrated into our global network of Solutions Centers.
Requirements:
1. 2013 graduates from computer science/software engineering majors, or 1-2 years of hands-on computer forensic investigations and /or electronic discovery experiences;
2. General database, networking, and operating system concepts;
3. Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8 and server editions);
4. Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013);
5. Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL server and relational database concepts, SQL server administration and basic SQL queries;
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
7. Flexible with 40%-60% travel requirements of client service projects;
8. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral;
