We are seeking a dedicated Chinese national to join our Internal Communications 内部沟通(IC) division as an intern for 6 months. The IC Intern supports and assists the IC Specialist in

·         gathering, consolidating, producing & implementing all digital and print communications in German and Chinese

·         researching information and preparing articles & presentations

·         maintaining the intranet & message boards

·         planning & organizing internal events

·         strategically planning & implementing internal campaigns

·         sourcing external suppliers for print and merchandising products

·         assuring the consistency of internal communication and policy templates

·         building internal databases (for example image database)

We are seeking someone with

·         NativePutonghua and excellent German language skills, basic English

·         Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

·         A strong feel for language and how to tweak it to effectively reach the target audience

·         A good eye for detail

·         The ability to keep cool and on top of things while handling multiple tasks & projects simultaneously

·         A love of communicating with a diverse range of people from executive to ground floor production level

·         A gentle and diplomatic assertiveness

·         A strong interest in the automobile industry

·         Creativity

·         Ambition to learn and grow

On the technical side, you should be willing to acquire knowledge of the following software through training as well as self-study

·         MS Excel and Power Point

·         Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

·         Intranet administration interface
