Payroll Accountant
工作地点：深圳
Job Description *
1. Perform daily payroll functions, including payroll calculating, payroll analysis, payroll payment, payroll reviewing
2. Prepare payroll related bank payment vouchers, month end accrual journal vouchers and balance sheet reconciliation report
3. Labor cost analysis
4. Communicate with internal site HR or Finance to solve abnormal payroll data in LTP system and ensure accuracy of payroll payment
5. Assist in SOX audit activities
6. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements *
1. College / Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance
2. 1 years accounting experience, payroll related is preferred
3. Good knowledge in PRC Accounts Proficiency of ERP / PC applications & strong spreadsheet skills
4. Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and fair in English
5. Strong sense of responsibility, properly keep confidential information
6. Able to meet tight schedules & deadlines
7. Self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
