职位一：猎头BD
工作职责：
1、 负责猎头业务客户开发，了解客户潜在人才需求，达成委托招聘协议，并维护良好的客户关系
2、 根据公司业务定位，收集市场信息并开展潜在客户开发活动； 根据客户的招聘需求，进行项目评估与可行性分析,与客户和猎头顾问一起制定招聘策略并提供招聘方案以及甄选流程；
3、 充分了解企业战略和人力资源规划等，就招聘岗位的职位说明书与企业认真沟通；运用自身对行业的深入了解，为客户的招聘需求提供指导性意见建议；
4、 负责完成目标客户的联系和洽谈（对象主要是500强企业HR）；
5、 负责完成整个猎头项目流程，包括项目价值评估，客户沟通，搜寻人才。
职位要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历；
2、CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；
3、良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思考能力；
4、勤奋踏实、认真负责、积极主动，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神；
职位二：助理猎头顾问/猎头顾问
Assistant Consultant /Consultant
工作职责：
Job Duties:
1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进和执行；
Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;
2、开发及拓展客户，正确理解客户需求；
Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;
3、进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案和选择寻访渠道；
Analyze the job descriptions, work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels;
4、通过面试筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见；
Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to clients;
5、协调候选人与客户公司之间的面试安排，并跟进反馈；
Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;
6、与候选人进行Offer谈判。
Negotiate with candidates about Offers.
职位要求：

1、统招全日制本科及以上学历；

2、CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；
