We would like to hire one Intern worked for logistic department. Below is job description for this position. And this position will stay in the company for nearly half year. ____________________________________________________________
Location Guangzhou
Responsibilities 1.Follow products delivery procedure of SOP to ensure shipments on time delivery to local and oversea customers. 2.Shipping document preparation without defect. 3.Ensure accurate shipping information provide to internal customer & external customers on time. 4.Follow up abnormal delivery case and coordinate with related dept. to find out root cause and set up contingency action. 5.Monitor forwarders' daily performance and report to management in order to improve service level. 6.Check daily freight cost and assist control it at reasonable level. 7.Assist Supervisor prepares delivery-related reports regularly for internal and external use. 8.Back up other delivery team member Essential Knowledge of Logistics, both local delivery & export delivery 1.Computer proficiency, e.g. MS, Outlook 2.Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful situations 3.Good problem solving skill & interpersonal skill 4.Teamwork spirit Preferred 1.Familiar with SAP system 2.Fluent English
