Intern Position 1: Human Resources – Eastern Region
工作地点:上海
Responsibilities:
Ÿ Daily Campus email box checking and campus recruitment system maintenance;
Ÿ Assist daily campus assessment and on-site event;
Ÿ Interview arrangement, notification and coordination;
Ÿ Intern recruitment support;
Ÿ Hotline answering;
Ÿ New hires’ post connection and onboard preparation;
Ÿ Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager;
Requirement:
Ÿ Bachelor or Master degree, related major or working experiences preferred;
Ÿ 5 working days per week from September to December;
Ÿ Good command of oral and written English skill;
Ÿ Embrace challenges, have creative thinking and well-organized;
Ÿ Good communication and coordination skill;
Ÿ Nice personality, able to work under pressure;
Intern Position 2: National Human Resources
工作地点:上海
Responsibilities:
· Interview Arrangement:
Work with functional hiring managers directly or their secretaries to plan interview schedules as required
Record the interview status and follow up on progress when necessary
· System Operation:
Open and post
requisitions via recruitment system and manage the JD templates
Capture
candidates' information into recruitment system after they start interview
process
Run recruitment reports in recruitment system for the leadership reference as required
· Background Checking:
Provide background checking services for staff level hires, including education certification and previous employment records
· Pre-Onboarding Arrangement:
Healthy check arrangement for onboarding candidates
Feedback healthy check results to recruiters
Requirements:
· 1st or 2nd year Master, 4 days' full attendance in total per week
· Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin), English major is preferred
· Good organization skills with flexibility and perseverance
· Problem resolution capabilities
