Process & Maintenace Engineer 工艺及维护工程师职位描述：

 

Main duties 主要职责:

 1. Start up and ramp up new line or new product新线或新产品的起线和爬坡

 Start up and ramp up the new line or long time stop line before release to front line.

 对新线和长久停转线起线和爬坡。

 Cooperate with development to qualify or trial run new product.

 和研发合作认证和试运行新的产品。

 

2. Maintenance设备维护

 Fix the responsible cell break down issue during production quickly.

 快速解决生产中负责单元设备停机问题。

Follow up important spare parts which will influence production planning.

 跟踪有可能影响生产计划的重要备件

 Focus on responsible cell status and take necessary proactive action to eliminate potential break down issue.

 集中关注负责单元的状态并采取预防行动来消除潜在的停机问题。

 Organize and carry out maintenance action to responsible cell according to maintenance plan.

 根据维护计划对负责单元组织实施维护行动。

 

3. Continuous improvement持续改进

 Collect and analyze production information and find out improvement point to responsible cell. Then make the improvement action plan like PDCA to follow up the improvement action.

 收集和分析生产数据，发现负责单元的改进点，做出如PDCA改进行动计划。

 Maintain and update process related document for responsible cell and create necessary document for production.

 维护和更新所负责单元的工艺相关文件，并作出生产所需的文件。

 Cooperate with quality to qualify new source material and find out material issue which will influence production performance.

 支持质量部认证新原材料，发现有可能影响生产绩效的材料问题。

 Support quality to find out root cause to customer complaint and organize related improvement action.

 支持质量部找出客户抱怨的根源，并组织相应的改进行动。

 

4. Personal leadership个人领导力

 Technical guidance for front line engineer.

 前线员工的技术指导。

 Organize and realize training seminar.

 组织实施培训。

 Take care of long term development of technical capability of all engineers.

 关注对所有工程师的长期技术能力的发展。

 

Education 教育:

 Bachlor degree and above. Major in electrical or mechanical engineering.

 机械自动化、电气自动化等相关专业本科以上学历。

 Quality tools like “The 7 Tools“, DOE, FMEA, OUTCAD.

 质量工具如7工具，DOE, FMEA,OUTCAD。
