Requirements 
• Undergraduate Degree (BA/BS) 
• Background or a strong interest in asset management, finance, economics 
• You will be expected to be organized, a team player, have a willingness to achieve and be able to prioritize your time efficiently. 
• Ability to multi-task effectively and with a service oriented attitude 
• Strong telephone/communication skills 
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Candidates with proficiency in additional languages will be strongly considered. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications 
Responsibilities 
• Responsible for client servicing and any related activities such as maintaining and developing client relationships. 
• Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, and prepare all related documents such as contracts, invoices and distribution lists. 
• Provide support and liaison to the management, sales and consulting teams to ensure that customer service standards are developed, maintained, and consistently followed. 
• Handling inbound customer telephone calls and responding appropriately e.g. complaints, queries, and initial sales enquiries. 
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer information. 
• Build executive level relationships with clients to understand their business needs in relation to the use of our products and services 
• Become a contributing member of a dynamic company
