埃森哲招聘IT Support Intern
Responsibility[工作职责]:
1. Work closely with Accenture BPO (Shanghai) IT supporting team. [为埃森哲BPO（上海）的同事提供IT技术支持]
2. PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving [计算机软硬件故障的诊断和排除]；
3. Provide high quality solutions to end user's technical questions [解决用户的技术问题]
Requirement [任职资格]:
1. University student, interesting in Computer Science or related field [对计算机相关领域有兴趣的本科生，大三或大四];
2. Skilled in Microsoft Win 7, Windows Server 2003/2008; Familiar with Microsoft products; Having network experience will be a plus [熟悉微软相关产品; 有network经验的申请者优先];
3. Experience of solving PC hardware/software application problem is preferred [对计算机软硬件故障处理有经验者优先];
4. Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure [在压力下有独立工作和解决问题的能力];
5. Diligent and positive working attitude [踏实主动的工作态度]
时间要求：
实习时间 6个月以上 , 每周工作3天以上
