我们是一家成立时间不久的公司，主要是在于研发和销售与金融支付有关的电子设备和运用软件，为了能够培养新生力量，组建公司高、中、低三级人才架构的研发团队，我们计划在未来时间里除了在行业内通过招聘、猎头等手段引进一些中高级人才，同时也计划有序地招募培养一些新人，对象是大四的在校生，专业希望是计算机、电子、通信、和自动控制类的，计划能够通过他们在校期间来公司的实习了解，能够达成毕业入职的目的。

TITLE :    Java J2EE Engineer (Struts, Spring, Hibernate)

    JOB PURPOSE:
   
    In this position, you will be the kernel developer for server software in J2EE architecture. You will be working on the design, implement, debugging and maintaining for server software.
   
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
   
    1.    Design and code software module based on the software specification
    2.    Work together with embedded software engineer and application software engineer to complete end-to-end software solution
   
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education: Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related
   
   
    Skills & Abilities:
    1.    Strong OOD and OOP design experiences
    2.    Experienced in UML.
    3.    Skilled in J2EE platform – JSP, Servlet, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat
    4.    Familiar with XML, XSL, SOAP, WebService, JSF, Ajax, Ant, Log4j is highly preferred.
    5.    Security and cryptography is a plus.
