Estin & Co is a high-level strategy-consulting firm, based in Paris, London, Geneva and Shanghai. We assist senior executives of Western corporations in their growth strategies. Our projects include group strategy definition, portfolio (re)definition, competitive dynamics analysis, major strategic value chain shifts, acquisition targets valorisation, strategic due diligence.

We specialise in analytical strategy consulting (in-depth research, rational frameworks for decision making, quantitative models for complex operational improvement programmes, etc.). This enables our consultants to develop skills for strategic issues, thereby avoiding dilution of competencies.

Recruiting offer

We currently are looking for Senior consultants for our projects in our Shanghai office.

The role will include:

-         Integration in international teams for Chinese projects;

-         Business development in China.

Successful candidate should have:

-         Bachelor degree or above (ideally with business, engineering, maths, or similar degrees);

-         An interest in business, strong analytical and numerical abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills;

-         At least two years relevant working experience

-         Language skill: Chinese(native speaker) and English(fluent).
