Key objective & responsibilities
Helpdesk engineer is responsible for routine endusers(PuDong&Jinshan 2 sites 100 users) computer system supporting, include hardware troubleshooting & coordinate, software installation & troubleshooting, network connection & troubleshooting, local server routine management(Domain account management, DHCP management, WSUS)
Skill and knowledge required
- 1. Undergraduate Student of college or above, majored in Computer Science or Application or related
- 2. Good English in oral and written is preferred
- 3. Good computer skill and technology
- 4. Good communication skill and team work spirit
