摩托罗拉公司于1987年进入中国，首先在北京设立办事处，于1992年在天津注册成立摩托罗拉（中国）电子有限公司（摩托罗拉系统（中国）有限公司曾用名）。摩托罗拉系统（中国）有限公司成都分公司(以下简称摩托罗拉系统成都研发中心)成立于2001年1月，坐落于成都市高新西区，办公面积两万平方米，现有研发人员500余人。摩托罗拉系统成都研发中心在软件开发流程与质量管理方面位居业界领先位置，并于2002年获得了软件领域最权威的CMM五级质量认证；2005年获得了CMMI五级质量认证；2009年通过ISO9001认证。优秀的研发团队、严格的质量控制和不断优化的流程管理保证了中心能够不断推出高品质的产品。
摩托罗拉系统成都研发中心主要负责摩托罗拉在政府和公共安全业务领域相关产品的软件研发，在数字信号处理(DSP)，嵌入式软件和Windows应用软件方面具有雄厚的研发能力。自中心成立以来，为摩托罗拉政府和公共安全业务设计、研发了多款产品。
2003-2005年，针对中国公安市场需求特点完成了PTX760集群对讲机的汉化及应用软件开发，并为全球市场完成商用系列常规对讲机(GP3188/ GP3688/ GM3188/ GM3688) 软件部分的开发。并于2005年为中国铁道部量身定制了适合铁路系统使用的GP3688对讲机软件。2007年同美国、马来西亚研发中心一同开发了摩托罗拉第一款基于DMR标准的常规数字对讲机MOTOTRBO。
2008年，独立承担了摩托罗拉MTR3000中继台的软件开发，MTR3000为MOTOTRBO家族提供了除了低端商用DR3000之外的中级商用中继台产品。同年，参与开发的摩托罗拉第四代基于P25网络的多波段高端对讲机APX7000成功上市,它的应用让高端客户的应急通信系统跨上了一个新的台阶。
2009年，成都研发中心成立第一支硬件开发团队，并建立了硬件开发测试实验室。2010年，摩托罗拉在成都研发中心成立TETRA网络基础设施开发团队。同年，软件中心团队还实现了MTR3000产品对UHF/800/900/VHF频段的广泛支持,并成功全球上市。
作为摩托罗拉系统成都研发中心，同样关注中国。我们为汶川地震、北京奥运、成都无线政务网、上海世博会、广州亚运会以及成都地铁都提供了强有力的支持。

Position 1: Software Development Engineers - DSP Engineer (Position ID: 98661)
