Title:Program Coordinator
Location:CRCC Asia Beijing Office
Reports to:General Manager
Hours of duty:Monday – Friday 0930-1800 hrs.
(There may be occasions when a task is required to be performed outside of normal working hours)
Probation period: 1 month

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator (PC) has a crucial role within the CRCC Asia team. The PC works to ensure that not only logistical matters for the internship program, and within the office, run smoothly, but is also responsible for a wealth of other tasks. This role has the responsibility of maintaining good relations with the logistics companies that CRCC Asia uses, and for communicating with a wide range of people to organize transport, printing, events, reservations, supplies and more. In addition, the PC is the first point of contact for the interns for any problems or questions that are not internship-related eg. language issues, getting lost, health etc.
In additional to logistical issues, the PC is the main contact for any information regarding interns as he/she is expected to have a high level of knowledge regarding all interns’ internships and experiences while on the program. The PC role is crucial to the sales and marketing divisions as the PC should keep them updated on all relevant information.Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills
• Recent graduate
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to propose ideas for input while being willing to take direction
• Ability to show flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise
