Sales Management Trainee
The aim of the 2-year Career program is to attain comprehensive knowledge of our Sales and Business areas in Greater China. You will get to know to the different areas of Sales and Marketing and take over several jobs and projects, soon. In addition, you will go through all relevant departments in the enterprise to learn the appropriate knowledge about manufacturing and application for our products. Beside the implementation of our different business operations the Career program enables you to develop a feeling for the enterprise culture and to build up a network with important contacts right from the beginning. The entire two years you will be guided through the whole program by a mentor. After these two years you have the chance to be chosen for a Management position in our Sales organization
Your profile:
- Major in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, MBA or Chemical Engineering
- Fluent English – oral and writing
- Openness to all cultures, intercultural competence
- Motivation and engagement, team ability, communication strength, positive appearance as well as organization talent
- Accept frequent traveling
2.Customer Service Internship客户服务实习生（1名）
2014届本科以上学历的应届生，英语专业和六级优先。上班时间为周一至周五9：00-17：30。
