【职位需求】
职位名称1: GFM China F68 Buyer intern/物料采购部门实习生
Responsibility:
1.Monitor, plan/forecast, an d purchase Inventory: Coordinates purchasing activities with business partners an d customers to plan, schedule an d monitor the acquisition of materials to meet the production or consumption cycle requirements. Forecasts an d maintains inventory at planned levels for production.
2.Purchases inventory or materials, components, equipment, an d /or services for delivery at a specified time an d location in a cost effective an d timely manner. Data Entry: Process purchase requisitions, place purchase orders, process purchase change orders, enter part setup & parameter data, an d request supplier quotes.
3.Other: May recommend to Commodity Manager cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis, value engineering, design for cost initiatives, alternative sourcing an d vendor evaluation criteria. Supports commodity deliverables to assure cost, quality, availability an d time to market objectives are met.
Qualification:
1.Master degree with expected graduation date after Dec. 2014;
2.Good communication in both Chinese an d English;
3.Can work 3-4 days a week;
4.Willing to learn;
5.Logical thinking an d good teamwork spirit.
职位名称2. 培训部视频工作室实习生
Description:
1.You will work in F68 Training Instructional Design Team.
2.Main job responsibilities will include but not be limited to designing pictures, websites, shooting an d making video.
Qualifications:
1.Proficient skills in Photoshop, fireworks, lightroom or other advanced graphic-making software;
2.Proficient skills in Dreamweaver an d other web designing skills;
3.Good written/spoken English; be able to communicate with native speakers;
4.be able to work at least 3 workdays per week;
5.Proficient skills in adobe premiere will be an absolute add for this position.
