Management Trainee Programme
 

The 30-month Management Trainee ("MT") Programme provides rewarding career prospects and tremendous growth opportunities with the Bank. It aims to nurture bright, potential and young executives and to develop future leaders for our business.

Our MT Programme comprises a wide range of focused lectures, on-the-job training, job-rotations and executive shadowing. We also provide mentoring and ongoing performance coaching to help you develop the required skills and techniques. In addition, you will be required to complete special projects and assignments, and participate in cross-departmental events to broaden your horizons and gain practical experience.

 

Officer Trainee Programme

 

Our 24-month Officer Trainee ("OT") Programme aims to recruit high-calibre university graduates and offer them an exposure to one of our business segments and functional departments, including but not limited to, Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions and Product Management, Channel Management, Personal Banking and Product Management, Global Markets, Risk Management and Bank-wide Operations.

 

Aiming to put you on a fast track to success, our OT Programme consists of comprehensive foundational training, on-the-job training and job-rotations. To further discover and develop your potential, you will be required to complete special projects and assignments, and participate in cross-departmental events to broaden your horizons and gain practical experience.

Requirements:

 

Management Trainee Programme

s  Final year university students graduating in the summer of 2014 or bachelor's degree holder with at least upper second honours (or equivalent), master's degree holder preferred

s  Less than three years' work experience

s  Possess excellent organisational and planning competence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as outstanding analytical and leadership qualities

s  Dynamic, self-motivated, passionate and commitment to excellence

s  A good team player

s  Proficient in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

 

Officer Trainee Programme

s  Final year university student graduating in the summer of 2014 or bachelor's degree holder with at least second honours (or equivalent)

s  Less than one year's work experience

s  Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

s  Dynamic, self-motivated, passionate and commitment to excellence

s  A good team player

s  Proficient in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
