Researcher / 研究员（实习生）
Key Responsibilities
Mapping the relevant industries and preparing target company lists for each assignment according to client’s requirements.
Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through cold calls, database and web search.
Receiving and screening applications.
Tele-interviewing candidates and transferring the short-listed to consultants.
Managing database and candidate’s contact.
Assisting in ad-hoc projects or other duties when required.
Requirements:
College degree
Communication skills
Acting with integrity

Focus on customer needs
Good command of English and Chinese (both oral and written)
工作职责：
根据客户的需求，寻访相关行业，设定寻访渠道和目标公司；
根据客户的要求，寻找适合该职位的候选人；
负责接收应聘、筛选简历，联络候选人，获取相关信息；
与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时获取并准确，有效的传递双方的反馈信息；
协助顾问完成其他相关工作。
要求：
大专以上学历；
良好的沟通能力；
积极主动的工作态度；
尊重客户需求，保证工作质量；
良好的中英文技巧。
