Education or Training Preferred:

·         Food science , biochemistry or related background

·         Communication training

Experience Preferred:

·         Good regular and prompt attendance history

·         Experience with lab documentation

·         Experience with lab procedures and equipment

·         Demonstrates sufficient computer skills to utilize lab instrument operation programs

·         Previous plant and QA/QC experience  (strongly preferred)

Skills Preferred:

Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, conducts in-process and finished product testing on dry and liquid products to determine adherence to established specifications of quality and purity.

·         Performs daily process monitoring tests throughout the plant as assigned, including microbiological analysis.

·         Maintains samples of tested product in order to confirm test results if necessary.

·         Documents results of all testing procedures and promptly notifies processing departments of required adjustments to operating procedures.

·         Understands most production processes required in the production of product and may make recommendations to operators in order to achieve product quality.

·         Performs light maintenance and calibration on all laboratory equipment.

·         Maintains on-going records of the results of all testing procedures and inputs such data into computer on a daily basis.

·         Maintains a neat and clean working area at all time, washing equipment as required and placing equipment in the proper storage areas.

·         Maintains an effective working relationship with fellow employees.

·         Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing all approved safety equipment and successfully completes all safety certification requirements.

·         Handles various chemical in assorted containers in the manner outlines in the manufacturer’s chemical Material Safety Data Sheet.

·         Informs supervisor immediately of any hazards, unsafe equipment and/or acts. Additionally reports immediately any accidents, injuries and near misses to supervisor.

·         Recommends solutions to correct deficiencies or improve work and operational practices.

·         Works with area leadership to monitory daily activities of quality laboratories, insuring that products produced are consistent with internal specifications.

·         Understands that accidents are preventable and that safety is everyone responsibility.

·         Bachelor degree or above in Food/Bioengineering/Fine chemical related majors

·         Starch sugar training is preferred

Experience Required：

Skills Required：

·         Ability to communication (written, verbal) in English

·         Office software skill, such as excel, Power point, Excel, Word

·         DCS experience is preferred

Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Strictly comply with ADM EHS, GMP, HACCP policy. Take in charge of equipment, process pipe and valve inspection, operation, lubricating, maintaining and cleaning.

·         Take in charge of DCS system operation and supervision, commission production line to work steadily. Make sure and control production process data work in acceptable range. For example, temperature, pressure, rate of flow, liquid level, density, PH and so on.

·         Take in charge of daily production inspection, report on time if any problem. If any equipment problem, please report to shift supervisor timely in order to maintain on time. Take in charge of equipment checkup and commission after maintenance.

·         Take if charge of recording all production process data and running records, make sure production is on track.

·         Take in charge of raw material preparation .

·         Take in charge of process operation of all production positions, make sure effective and safety.

·         Take  in charge of products sample testing during production process, and adjust production system’s data timely according to testing results to make sure comply with ADM quality standards.

·         Take in charge of dealing with unusual issues.

·         Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisor.

·         Be familiar with all fructose plant’s production data and products standards in order to make sure products are qualified.
